This office used to be very good unfortunately most of the people that work there at the Front Desk are no longer there. It’s extremely difficult to make an appointment, they used to be accommodating but not anymore or they really don’t care to be accommodating. I think that’s more it, especially the one girl who never identifies herself. Go somewhere else where you’ll have a better experience.

Honestly I love this place. Going back for braces as an adult is not fun and Dr. birg and his team have made everything in my Invisalign process flawless. I was almost done with treatment and then was in an accident where my jaw broke and I am needing to restart. Dr. birg and the team have been so kind and accommodating and make me feel like I'm with family and close friends. Couldn't recommend this place more. Also Jennifer who handles financing is amazing!!

Excellent location, building, office, and staff. My kids were so nervous to begin this process but the entire experience set them at ease. They especially loved the teeny tiny chapsticks which they have been using daily since 🙂 Dr. Birg explained everything and was all around informative and not "salesy" which I was worried about. Highly recommend!
